Linda Furness is our Chief Cultural Officer and also has her own coaching and consulting practice. Linda has a degree in Quantitative Economics from UC Berkeley, and a J.D. from Stanford Law School. She has over twelve years of experience in Human Resources, working first at Hewlett Packard, then at Netscape and finally at Financial Engines, where she managed the function. She has completed her coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute, and is also a graduate of CTI's Co-Active Leadership Program. Linda is responsible for helping VLP to create a culture that supports the firm's virtual environment and core values.
